Return & Refund Policy

Exchange and Return Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! We allow exchanges or returns up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Exchange - Ordered the wrong size? It happens!
We will help you get the right size as soon as possible:

  1. Email us at info@averyattire.com with your order number and desired size, and we will inform you about your exchange options.
  2. Depending on your choice, the new size can be on its way to you within 24 hours!

Returns - Want to return an item? That’s possible too!
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@averyattire.com with your order number, name, and reason for the return, and we will provide you with return instructions.
  2. You will receive a return form from us. Fill it out as clearly as possible and include it in your return package.
  3. Send your package back to the carrier of your choice within 30 days of receipt. Returns must go to our central warehouse in China. The buyer pays all return shipping costs and custom fees if needed.
  4. Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you updated via email.

For items purchased with an additional discount code applied on the sale price, Avire Attire does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or returned for store credit.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our fault.

Only unworn and tagged products can be returned.

Defective or Damaged Product? We’ve got you covered! Defective goods will be replaced immediately and always free of charge, and do not need to be returned. However, proof with a photo is required before a refund or free return can be processed.

Never send the return directly to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address once you request it. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer is entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Withdrawal The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is only possible after receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avire Attire) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal only becomes effective once the goods have been received by us. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Tracking for Shipments in Transit Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which we have no control over. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the quickest possible return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal and the receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Please note that the return is at your own expense. All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
